  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur.

  • Simuverse.au holds a license to sell specific designs, such as Dr. Alan Quan's 3D-printed sim racing upgrades.

  • Product dimensions and specifications are provided as a guide only. We recommend verifying compatibility before purchasing.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways.

  • Simuverse.au is not responsible for payment disputes arising from those providers.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund & Return Policy

At Simuverse.au, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the custom nature of 3D-printed products, some limitations apply.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made items or products with personalized dimensions are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been approved.

3. Exchanges

  • Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s an issue with your order.

  • Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs on exchanges.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

5. Change of Mind Returns

  • For change of mind returns, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.
